Hi there!
My name is Petra. I started my career as corporate lawyer in Belgium, the country I was born and grew up. I lived many years in Brazil where I ran a successful property business, before relocating to Portugal. With six years of experience in the Portuguese property market, both as an investor and as a property advisor, I have assisted many international clients in finding their dream homes in the country.
I found my happy place in Cascais, near Lisbon. Since then, I have made it my mission to assist my clients in finding the best properties available for their specific needs and to negotiate the best possible deal on their behalf.
My experience with the challenges of purchasing properties in foreign countries has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to effectively assist foreign buyers during the process of investing and hunting for the most desirable properties.
As an independent property advisor, I am part of the network of independent agents IAD Portugal (AMI 11220), which belongs to IAD Internatial, a fast-growing European company of independent property consultants. As a member of a team of professionals at an international company at the forefront of digitalization, I am equipped with all the necessary tools to offer you the best support and service in the realization of your real estate project in Portugal. In addition to English, Dutch, and French, I speak fluent Portuguese.
I cover the entire Lisbon coast. My network of dynamic English-speaking team members and colleagues will be able to assist you even if you are searching or investing outside the Lisbon region.
