 Wij hebben Petra ingeschakeld om onze Quinta (B&B met Glampinglodges) te verkopen. Petra is een zeer enthousiaste dame, die weet waar ze over praat en wat ze doet. Als zelfstandige makelaar, onder de vlag van IAD Portugal, werd de quinta geplaatst op heel veel internationale sites. Dit kun je zelf aangeven, internationaal of nationaal of beiden. Al snel kwamen de bezichtigingen op gang, ze spreekt telefonisch met de mensen van te voren, zodat er alleen kijkers kwamen die écht voor onze plek wilden én konden gaan. Tijdens het verkoopproces duurt het allemaal erg lang (voor je gevoel), maar uiteindelijk is het gelukt om onze plek te verkopen. Tussen intake en overdracht zaten maar 8 maanden. We zouden Petra aan iedereen aanraden!
