My rental search service is limited to the Cascais coastline (Cascais - Estoril - Carcavelos) only.
I can help you decide which neighborhood fits with your lifestyle & budget and will propose you a selection of suitable properties on the market, including off market properties. I will schedule appointments on your behalf, coordinate the viewings, help you write a good offer and will make sure your offer gets approved in a complicated market with little inventory and high demand.
Rental budget estimates (2024):
Make sure to calculate with the following budget when searching for a rental along the Cascais coastline (unfurnished properties located in good neighborhoods to live as an expat):
- 1 bedroom apartment (T1): starting from 1300 / 1500 eur/month
- 2 bedroom apartment (T2): starting from 1600 / 1800 eur/month
- 3 bedroom apartment (T3): starting from 1800 / 2000 eur/month
- Detached house with 3-4 bedrooms and garden: starting from 3500 eur/month
As the best properties go very quickly, it does not make sense to start the search more then 2 - 3 months before your planned arrival.
